Pop, but not... Folk but with a bit of extra funk. She intertwines her songs with a mixture of storytelling and audience participation that doesn’t feel forced in the slightest... It proved Ellie’s musical range and more importantly, she entertained us with her catchy lyrics and likeable nature.

Ellie Finnerty is a singer/songwriter from Devon, UK best known for entertaining live crowds whilst equipped with nothing but her voice, an acoustic guitar and an array of expertly-crafted original songs. 

Her music has been praised and supported by BBC Music Introducing in the South West, and Finnerty took to the stage as a BBC Introducing Artist at The English Riviera Airshow 2024; just one of many notable live events she has performed at throughout her career. She was handpicked by The Undercover Hippy to open for his UK Solo Tour, as well as supporting Funke & The Two Tone Baby and Baskery at the prestigious Barrel House Ballroom, Totnes. She is a regular Guest Entertainer for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, taking her talent overseas, and debuted the Ellie Finnerty Band at Tunes in the Dunes Festival 2024.

What shines through in Finnerty’s work is her positivity and captivating personality with Finnerty  giving her most confident and entertaining live shows; with seemingly effortless vocal control and an unmatched ability to instantly connect with the crowd in front of her.
